02.
Drywall & Framing
We specialize in metal stud framing only, both light and heavy gauge systems for commercial wall and ceiling assemblies. We do not install wood framing.
We finish drywall from Level 1 through Level 5, depending on the project requirements and specifications.
Yes. We repair holes, cracks, and water-damaged sections and replace drywall as part of both commercial and residential projects.
Blocking is solid backing installed within the wall framing to support doors, fixtures, equipment, and wall-mounted components. It needs to be installed during the framing phase; adding it after drywall is up means cutting into finished walls, which adds cost and time.
03.
Commercial Drywall
We work on a wide range of commercial projects, including offices, retail spaces, and large-scale construction projects that require framing and drywall systems.
Yes. Our commercial drywall work typically includes a one year warranty.
Yes. We install metal stud framing as well as drywall panels for commercial wall and ceiling assemblies. Completing both phases helps keep the project moving efficiently from framing through finishing.
04.
Insulation & EIFS
We install fiberglass, board insulation, and mineral wool insulation systems used within commercial wall and ceiling assemblies.
When sound control or fire resistance is required, mineral wool offers better acoustic performance and a higher fire rating.
EIFS is an exterior system with continuous insulation that improves energy efficiency and provides a durable finished surface.
05.
Doors, Frames & Hardware
We can provide and install doors, frames, and hardware, or install materials supplied by the contractor.
We install commercial-grade doors, including hollow metal doors and frames.
Metal frames have no flexibility. If a frame is set even slightly out of plumb or square, the door will reflect that every time it’s operated, sticking, failing to latch, or wearing hardware prematurely. Getting it right during installation prevents those issues from showing up later
06.
Acoustical Ceilings
Layout planning, hanger wires, grid installation, and tile placement—coordinated with lighting, HVAC, and sprinklers.
Loose wires, improper grid installation, or moisture damage. Most issues can be repaired without full replacement
Yes. We replace tiles, adjust grids, and restore sections to match the existing ceiling.
07.
Painting
Yes. We provide residential painting in East Greenwich and commercial painting services throughout Rhode Island.
Surface preparation includes cleaning, repairing damage, and applying the right primer. This step ensures proper paint adhesion and long-term durability.
Painting is completed in stages and coordinated with the general contractor to align with the project schedule and avoid conflicts with other trades.
